Trender Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you play Echoes of Eclipse (the “Game”) on Steam (PC), Android, iOS, or WebGL.
1. Data We Collect
We only collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Game.
1.1 Account and Authentication Data
Collected via PlayFab or platform login systems:
- Guest login: Anonymous PlayFab ID
- Steam login: Steam ID, public nickname, avatar URL
- Android login: Android Device ID
- iOS login: Apple Sign-In unique identifier (sub)
- WebGL login: Email & password (encrypted in PlayFab)
- PlayFab session tokens and internal player ID
1.2 Gameplay and Progress Data
- Player stats (level, XP, score)
- Inventory, unlocks, achievements
- Leaderboards and progression
- In-game preferences
1.3 Technical Data
- Device model, OS version
- IP address (security purposes)
- Region/country (non-precise)
- Crash logs, diagnostics
1.4 Analytics (where enabled)
- Session duration, retention metrics
- Feature usage
- Device performance metrics (Firebase Analytics – mobile only)
1.5 Monetization (Mobile Only)
- In-App Purchase transaction status (no card info)

We do NOT collect: full name, home address, phone number, biometric data, government IDs, or credit card information.

5. Platform Compliance
- The Android and iOS versions of the Game comply with Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
- Tracking for ads or analytics is only enabled with user consent.
- The Steam/PC version does NOT use IDFA, AAID, or any tracking SDKs and does NOT show ads.
- WebGL version may use cookies necessary for gameplay functionality but no third-party tracking is used without consent.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Cloud service providers (PlayFab – Microsoft)
- Platform authentication services (Steam, Google, Apple)
- Payment processors (Apple/Google)
- Crash reporting systems
- Law enforcement (only if legally required)
7. Data Retention
- Your account and game data are kept until you delete your account.
- If you request deletion, your PlayFab account and linked data are permanently erased within a reasonable timeframe.
- Backup data may be retained securely for fraud prevention and legal obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such usage, data will be deleted immediately.

Players can delete their account from within the Game:

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of The Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes, İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
