This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Trender Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and applies to Echoes of Eclipse and all other games developed or published by Trender Software (“the Game”).
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You do not own the Game or any of its content—you only receive a license to use it.
2. Ownership
All rights to the Game, including software, graphics, artwork, audio, characters, story, game design, trademarks, and related materials belong to Trender Software or its licensors.
All rights are reserved.
3. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or share the Game or its files
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software
- Host or emulate the Game or servers without permission
- Circumvent security systems or anti-cheat mechanisms
- Use the Game for illegal or commercial purposes
Violations may result in license termination and/or account suspension.
4. User Generated Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and apply them in our games or services.
5. Updates and Access
The Game may receive patches, updates, or feature modifications. These may be required to continue using the Game.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue online services at any time.
6. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free gameplay, or compatibility with every device or system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trender Software is not liable for any:
- Loss of game progress or data
- Server downtime or connection issues
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
This license automatically ends if:
- You violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service
- You attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit the Game
- You misuse our services
We may revoke access at any time to protect the game, players, or our services.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Legal disputes will be handled by the Courts of İzmir, unless applicable local law states otherwise.
10. Entire Agreement
This document, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, forms the entire agreement between you and Trender Software regarding the Game.
