4. Virtual Items & Purchases
- The Game may offer in-game items, currency, or cosmetic upgrades.
- Purchased or earned virtual items have no real-world value.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law or platform policy (Steam, Google Play, App Store rules may apply).
- We do not guarantee constant availability of virtual items.
5. Game Changes and Updates
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Game to improve gameplay, address technical issues, or comply with legal requirements. Features may change over time.
6. User Content
If you share feedback, suggestions, or content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it to improve our games and services without compensation.

Access to online services may require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for connection issues, interruptions, or service downtime.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay or error-free performance.

You may also stop using the Game and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices, unless mandatory local laws apply.
